These natural assets brought on a tremendous influx of visitors to the area and demand for homes. As remote work took off, we experienced what vacation destinations have been termed – a “Zoom Town.”
We had very low inventory Q1 2020. We have extremely low inventory now. Our average sales price went up by as much as 40% over the last few years. That is an incredible increase in value for homes in our area.
We are selling homes as fast as they come on the market & there are certainly more buyers than we have inventory. We are in a sellers market.
