Spearheaded by Wayne Memorial Community Health and Public Relations, the new initiative \u201cmakes us proud of our community,\u201d said Public Relations Manager Lisa Champeau.\u00a0 She noted that the Centers for Disease Control states that home-made masks are a last resort, \u201cbut better to have them if we need them than not!\u201d\u00a0 Her co-worker, Community Health Manager Carol Kneier, MS, RD, CDE, LDN added, \u201cSo, a great big thank-you to Walmart and our sewing donors!\u201d\u00a0 Anyone wishing to get involved should email <a href=\"mailto:askwmh@wmh.org\">askwmh@wmh.org<\/a>.
