The Wayne County Arts Alliance is excited to invite all to attend our 2023 WCAA Artists\u2019 Studio Tour on July 7,8,9 at 21 locations around Wayne County plus our Tour HQ at our new WCAA building at 959 Main St. Honesdale. Free and open to the public July 7,8,9 10am – 6pm each day.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is our 20th Annual Artists Studio Tour. The tour provides an opportunity to meet Wayne County’s established and emerging artists in their studios. Something for everyone! Paintings, sculpture, glass, textiles, ceramics, collage, photography, and more original artwork of all kinds. The Tour Preview Exhibit at 959 Main Street will also be open for two weeks prior to the tour, beginning June 24 \u2013 those hours are Thursday-Sunday 11am-4pm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
We encourage you to start your tour at our Tour Headquarters at our new WCAA Building, 959 Main St. Honesdale, where you can view a sample of art from each of our 23 Tour Artist and talk with our docents to help you plan your tour. Visit one or all 21 locations. Our Studio Tour Artists for 2023 are: Larry Wildenstein, Bill Westmoreland, Kevin Storms, James Spencer, Ellen Silberlicht, Trix Render, Matt Povse, Deborah Pollak, Paul Plumadore, Nancy Palubniak, Sue Mickley, Linda Krause, Heather Hogan-Spencer, David Harvey, Pauline Glykokokalos, Lisa Glover, Jeff George, Denis Folz, Phyllis Chekenian, Jill Carletti, Berton Bulles Patricia Blauth, and Susan Cottle Alberto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Artists Studio Tour is the premier event which was the catalyst for establishing the WCAA. The Tour gives the public a rare opportunity to visit with some of the professional and emerging artists who call this area their home. Here is your chance to meet the artists and discuss their philosophies, inspiration and working techniques while viewing their most recent collections of artwork. And if you see something you want to own, take advantage of the artist’s studio pricing. Don’t miss this opportunity to visit Wayne County’s diverse and talented artists right in their own studios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
