These natural assets brought on a tremendous influx of visitors to the area and demand for homes. As remote work took off, we experienced what vacation destinations have been termed \u2013 a \u201cZoom Town.\u201d<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We had very low inventory Q1 2020. We have extremely low inventory now. Our average sales price went up by as much as 40% over the last few years. That is an incredible increase in value for homes in our area.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are selling homes as fast as they come on the market &amp; there are certainly more buyers than we have inventory.
